Legal representation requires careful preparation, strategic analysis, and disciplined execution. Fee structures are tailored to the scope and complexity of each matter. Most retained files require an advance trust retainer, with ongoing billing based on work performed.
Clear communication regarding fees, timelines, and procedural steps is provided at the outset of representation to ensure alignment and predictability.
