Settlement is pursued from a position of preparation rather than posture. Where a matter has to be contested, it is carried forward on the same footing.

HOW THE PRACTICE WORKS

Advisory work is delivered to clients anywhere in Alberta by secure video and encrypted document exchange, and files are held in confidence from beginning to end. A client who would rather not attend an office at all need not. Litigation is accepted for matters that proceed through the Calgary Courts Centre, where counsel appears in person, and matters filed in other judicial centres fall outside the practice.
