I am the founder of Keystone Legal, a boutique law firm providing strategic counsel in matters where personal relationships, private wealth, business interests, and long term planning intersect. My practice focuses on complex family, estate, and private client matters involving professional corporations, closely held businesses, intergenerational wealth, and governance considerations.
Clients retain me during periods of significant transition requiring discretion, strategic clarity, and careful coordination across personal, financial, and corporate interests. I approach legal counsel with an emphasis on disciplined preparation, practical negotiation, and long term solutions designed to preserve stability, protect relationships, and support sound decision making.
Before entering legal practice, I served as an equity partner within a professional corporation involved in a significant national acquisition. That experience provided direct exposure to governance, ownership transitions, operational strategy, and the realities of business leadership, perspectives that continue to inform my approach to legal and strategic advisory work.
In addition to private client matters, I advise founders, professionals, and privately held businesses on governance, intellectual property strategy, privacy considerations, and legal issues connected to digital and creative enterprises. My practice frequently involves matters that overlap across family dynamics, business structures, estate planning, and long term asset protection.
I hold both a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University’s Faculty of Law, as well as degrees from York University’s Glendon College. I provide legal services in both English and French across Alberta.
Raised in southern France and educated in Canada, I bring an international perspective to a modern and discreet legal practice built on thoughtful counsel, responsiveness, and enduring client relationships.

Practice Coordinator
Within Keystone Legal’s virtual practice across Alberta, I oversee the operational and technological infrastructure supporting practice management systems, client intake coordination, billing administration, workflow optimization, document systems, and digital operations to help ensure each matter is supported by organized, efficient, and reliable processes.
I bring more than a decade of experience supporting professional services and small business operations through complex administrative and technical environments. My background includes practice management software, workflow systems, content management, financial coordination, and digital infrastructure. That experience informs my systems-focused approach to firm operations, where precision, consistency, and discretion are central to maintaining a modern private client practice.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University and completed advanced studies in professional accounting through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. My background in financial reporting and operational systems supports the firm’s billing oversight, accounts coordination, and internal administrative processes.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, I support the firm through a detail-oriented and technology-driven approach to client service and operational management.
I also maintain an ongoing interest in technology, digital systems, and writing on emerging developments in online infrastructure and modern platforms.
